These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the 1ex platform. By using the 1exbet.cam website and its mobile application, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the platform.

Registration Terms

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be subject to penalties.
• The name, mobile number and other information provided at registration must be genuine and accurate.
• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• Use a strong password when creating your account and do not share it with anyone.
• Your mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification during registration.

Identity Verification

1ex may at any time request a copy of a national identity card or passport to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

All 1ex services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from participating on the platform. If a false age declared at registration is later proven, the account will be cancelled and any funds will be forfeited.

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep account login details — username and password — completely confidential. If your details fall into someone else's hands for any reason, or if you suspect unauthorised use, contact 1ex support immediately.

Security Guidelines

1ex will not be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from unauthorised account use, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by a fault on the platform's own part.

1ex supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure that the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

Deposit Terms

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If funds are not credited for any reason, please contact the support team with proof of payment. 1ex reserves the right to reject payments made from accounts that do not belong to the member personally.

1ex offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

Important Bonus Terms

• To withdraw a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit after the bonus is activated.
• Each account may benefit from the welcome bonus only once.
• If bonus terms are breached, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 1ex reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

VIP Programme and Cashback

Regular members may take part in the VIP programme. There are five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Cashback is paid on weekly net losses at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

The following rules apply to both sports betting and casino games on 1ex.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 1ex reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been incorrectly calculated due to a technical error.
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected, the account will be placed under investigation.
• 1ex's decision on the outcome of sporting events is final, unless a clear error is proven.

Special Sports Betting Rules

For bets on Bangladesh cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup), football and other popular sports, if an event is cancelled or suspended due to weather, bets will be settled in accordance with 1ex's own policy. For details, please refer to the specific rules of each sports section.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fake information.
• Attempting to improperly exploit bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

Closure at the User's Request

Any member may close their account voluntarily. Please contact the support team to do so. It is possible to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed; however, if the conditions of an active bonus have not been met, the bonus will be cancelled.

Self-Exclusion

Closure by 1ex

In the event of a breach of terms, 1ex reserves the right to close an account without notice. If evidence of a breach is found, the account balance may be forfeited.

• Disruption to bets or transactions caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Delays caused by technical problems with third-party payment providers.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen natural disasters, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond our control.
• Account details being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
